When a buyer and seller agree on terms Magnate facilitates the transaction through a licensed third-party escrow provider. Funds are held securely until the transfer is confirmed by both parties. We never hold funds directly.
Magnate charges 6.5% on each side of the transaction — buyer and seller each pay 6.5% at closing. For example on a $100,000 deal the seller receives $93,500 and the buyer pays $106,500. The platform earns $13,000.
